An Authorized Service Center (ASC) is a business or company that has been authorized by a product manufacturer to service products that are under warranty.

RBG Computers have signed a contract to be an Authorized Service Center of Brother in 2019 and with Canon in 2020. (PICTURES) We are allowed to service Canon units specifically printers, copiers, document scanners, and large format printers. With Brother, we only service their printer units.

As an authorized dealer and service center, Canon and Brother trust us to represent their product in the marketplace, that is why they provide us with necessary information and technical support that we may also provide the best support to the end user.

Moreover, before we become their authorized service center, we have gone through validation processes. We have to achieve monthly sales quota and comply with service center rules. Our service engineers also have to go through several trainings and have to be accredited.
