RBG starts in the year 2005 as a CP repair shop but later it expands to phone sales and computer sales and repair. Eventually, RBG also caters CCTV sales and installation, printer/copiers and mostly all IT products (like; Drones/Cameras/audio systems/network systems and etc.)

As a service center we cater all service and sales warranty of the product and also provides immediate response to calls and provide need parts for these said products.

PC FAQ's

Nope! You can just bring in your computer to our shop, no appointment necessary. We operate on a first come first serve basis, but we do offer rush service if you need your computer back right away. We only need appointments for house calls.

For desktop computers, all you need to bring in is the tower and any CD’s you can find that belong to it (cables, monitors, keyboards, and mice are not needed). For laptops, please be sure to bring in the charger as well as any CD’s you can find. We do not need your laptop case. Also, if you are having a problem with a specific device (ex. your computer speakers aren’t working) please bring in that device.

Yes of course! We specialize in supporting small to medium sized businesses in all of their technology needs. We can do everything from the ground up if you are moving into a new office (running network cables and more) or we can maintain your current computers and network.

Yes, we work on Mac Laptops and Desktops for both hardware and software issues. We can even make Macs and PC’s work together in your network.

It depends on the issue (and how busy we are) but most repairs are done within 3-5 business days and sometimes even sooner! Advanced hardware repairs or repairs that require custom ordered parts can take longer depending on the severity of the issue. We take pride in having extremely fast turn-around and in many cases we have fixed our customers computers on the spot for them. All or our repairs are done “in house” to ensure the fastest turnaround time possible.

Yes, we have stock a lot of parts that are needed for most of the repairs we do. This is to reduce waiting time for our repair jobs. If you are in need of a part, give us a call or stop in, we might just have what you’re looking for!

Printer FAQ's

We service printers of all models and brands, including colour laser and inkjet printers, as well as multifunction devices, scanners, plotters, large format devices and photocopiers. Our technicians are up-to-date with new technologies and repair all machines available on the market.

We offer a free quote and same-day service to early callers. Our trained technicians, equipped with original components, will be on-site to assess the state of your device within the next 4 hours following your call.

Printer Repairs Center offers free diagnosis to printers. Charges and cost of repair differs on the repair of the unit specially if it need some parts to replace.

This is one of the most common problem people experience. If your device does not point a specific issue, verify that it is properly connected to your router via the Ethernet cable or to the Wi-Fi for a wireless machine. Check the User Manual that came with your printer and follow the specified instructions to fix your printer. If your device is still not responding, contact the company’s tech support or professional technicians at Printer Repairs Center.

Printing speed depends on the quality of your device and on its maintenance. However, there are some things you can do to increase its speed: avoid double-sided printing as it slows down the process due to the rotation of the pages. In addition, you can speed up the process by printing documents in draft mode if you do not need high-quality output.

Paper jams are very common and frustrating. They are due to the paper not being aligned properly. Square the paper before putting it in the tray and don’t overfill it. You can also check your User Manual for troubleshooting solutions. If your printer keeps jamming, contact the company’s tech support or the printer’s authorized service centers.

Quality output depends widely on the model and brand of your printer. Inkjet printers are adequate for everyday printing, but you should consider laser printers for your business impressions. Make sure you are not printing on draft mode and ensure that your ink cartridges do not need immediate replacement. For inkjet printers, you can also wipe the nozzle and line up the print head via the maintenance menu. For laser printers, check the ink cartridge and shake it several times from side to side. If the toner has “settled”, this manoeuver can resolve the issue.

CELLPHONE FAQ's

Nowadays, mobile phones have become smartphones. These devices run on complex software (like Android, iOS, Windows etc.) which require much higher hardware capacity. Moreover, millions of apps are out there which vary in performance, quality and resource utilization. Phone hanging refers to the state when a mobile phone will stop responding to the commands of user and cause by many app running in the background, small RAM and ROM capacity and infected by virus

Reduce the Number of Concurrent Apps to Stop Phone Hang, Install Apps /move apps in External Memory (SD Card), Delete Unnecessary Apps and data(like photos, videos, songs) and Use Factory Reset Option

If nothing else works and phone stills hangs, you can reset your mobile phone back to factory settings. Use of this option will remove everything from your mobile phone. You will lose everything that would be there in the internal memory. And it will be gone forever. All the messages, contacts, apps, bookmarks, photos, videos, songs, ringtone… everything will be deleted. Essentially, this option will make your phone just the way it was when it was produced in the factory

Replacement of screen of the phone and spare parts are unto order basis.

The standard time in our shop for order is 3 to 5 days at most and are readily available in our supplier.

COPIER FAQ's

When your copier goes to sleep, it must go through a warm-up process to wake itself up. When your device is ready, it automatically goes into calibration mode. Allowing your copier or printer to warm up will reward you with consistent high-quality output.

Most people often overload paper trays to avoid having to replenish them often. However, your device will have difficulty feeding paper and this can cause a paper jam.

Dirt and debris can harm your machine. Keep your output looking great by cleaning the bypass and exit trays as well as the platen glass.

If you see lines on your output, your device is trying to warn you! The lines could be due to a spot on the glass. Start by cleaning it with an alcohol-free glass cleaner. Maybe your last paper jam caused loose toner to pool. Try running several copies as it can often clean the problem.

Using low quality paper can create flakes and shred residue that can cause problems. Low quality paper can also leave behind what copier technicians call “paper dust”. This is basically very small paper bits that become a problem when they accumulate.

While the majority of our clients choose to buy their devices, we do offer lease as well as multiple lease term options. Whether you’re purchasing a copier outright or starting a new printer lease, we always include your delivery, installation and user training at no additional cost.

Yes, the use of an app that matches your DVR/NVR.(HIK-CONNECT/IVMS-4500 > HIKVISION DVR/NVR)

Provided that the DVR system has a microphone attached then this is possible. The NVR can only play live audio remotely as it does not record.

This depends on the number of cameras recording at the same time and the level of quality/detail they record at. This will also depend on how big your hard drive is. If you require us to spec up a system to record for a certain amount of time please contact our support team. With our recorders you can also save recording space by only recording when motion is detected.
