Fill out the application form, and choose the product you want to buy. At RBG, you can choose from a wide selection of products, such as computers, mobile phones, office furniture, and home appliances as well. You can avail of up to three items only in a single application, but must not be of the same item type.
Pay at least 35% of the product total price as down payment and the remaining amount will be paid in installments over a period of 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months. You can choose the option that suits your budget. However, for product with a price of 60, 000 or above, you have to pay 45% to 50% down payment.
You could pay the installment in cash or pay it through your bank account for a less hassle and charge free payment. Use the Home Credit App to monitor your payment transactions and be updated with promo offers.
You can avail products with zero interest like cellphones. If you avail products with interest, but always pay on time, you are eligible for a free last payment promo.
Additionally, when you purchase a device in cash but was accidentally damaged by water or breakage, you can avail of the Home Credit device insurance service. You can get a one-time replacement of your device if it is beyond repair but if repair is still possible, it will be free of charge.
